A purpose-zoned belt for manufacturing, logistics, and enterprise — kept to the windward edge of the city and screened by green buffers so homes never share a fence with a loading bay. Every roof is a solar field, every facility is metered and balanced by Lucid OS, and an on-site SafeCell Hyperpack farm keeps production running through any grid dip.
