ARC NET isn’t a string of independent kiosks. It is a coordinated charging mesh designed first for the LYD vehicles and second for every modern EV that pulls into the bay. It does three things, and it does them on every station, in every tier.

Every ARC station is engineered around the LYD vehicle range — Phantom X, Nova, and Flux 3 — so plug compatibility, peak power profiles, and thermal management are tuned end-to-end. The result is the rated charge curve the brochure promises, not the curve the cabinet can actually sustain.
One app. One tap. One bill.
The companion app already runs your home, your battery, and your car. ARC NET joins that same surface. Open the app, see every station nearby, see live availability, plug in, and the charging session reconciles itself against your account. No new card, no new login.
Stations on the same mesh as your home.
ARC stations are nodes on the Lucid OS mesh, not isolated cabinets. When a grid feeder is brittle, a station pulls from a co-located SafeCell Hyperpack instead of stressing the line. When solar is plentiful, it charges cheaper and passes the saving through. When a fleet has a dispatch deadline, Lucid OS prioritises that bay.

A liquid-cooled DC ultrafast station purpose-built for the intercity corridor. 350 kW continuous per bay, 1000 V architecture, four-bay site standard with two more reserved for fleet priority. Pairs with a SafeCell Hyperpack on-site so the station never throttles when a grid feeder dips. 10 → 80 % in under twenty minutes on the right car.
The rollout
ARC NET starts where the cars start — Lagos and Abuja — and grows out from there along the highways and into every state capital. The companion app is national from day one; the cabinets follow as the corridor fills in.
Phase one anchors the network in the two cities where most LYD pre-orders live — Lagos and Abuja. Forty Urban hubs across malls and hotels, four Highway sites along the Lagos–Ibadan and Abuja–Kaduna expressways, and Home wallboxes shipping with every Phantom X delivered.
Phase two stitches the country together. ARC Highway sites every 200 km on the major intercity routes (Lagos–Benin–Onitsha, Abuja–Kano, Lagos–Calabar), Urban hubs in every state capital, and the first fleet-priority bays for ride-hail and logistics partners.
Phase three crosses the borders. Highway sites linking Lagos to Accra, Cotonou, and Lomé. Urban hubs in Accra, Abidjan, and Dakar. The same companion app, the same plug, the same bill — wherever the road goes.
Coverage figures are roadmap targets. Final station counts and exact corridor coverage are confirmed quarterly via the companion app and the LYD investor letter.

ARC NET doesn’t add a new app to your phone or a new card to your wallet. It surfaces inside the same Lucid OS companion app that already runs your home, your battery, and your car — and inside the same in-vehicle HMI you already use to drive.

Lucid OS knows when a station is solar-rich, grid-tight, or running off Hyperpack. Pricing reflects the actual energy source the moment you plug in — and the app shows you what you saved.
ARC Home wallboxes inherit your home Lucid OS profile. Charge when solar is overflowing, hold off when the battery is low, top up overnight on cheap tariff windows. You set the rule once.
For ride-hail operators, logistics, and corporate fleets: a single console assigns vehicles to stations, sets priority lanes, and rolls reimbursement up to the company account.

ARC NET is a partner network. We supply the cabinet, the software, the energy buffering, and the driver demand — you supply the parking. Revenue share, white-glove install, full Lucid Fleet console access.
